Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, standard tools, equipment, and materials required to complete the kitchen renovation described in this agreement.
Work includes removal and disposal of existing cabinets, countertops, flooring, and designated fixtures. The contractor will install new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, trim, and customer-selected fixtures according to the approved project specifications.
The contractor will maintain the work area in a reasonably clean condition and remove construction debris upon completion. Work not specifically listed in this scope requires a written change order approved by both parties.

Terms and Conditions
- 1.The contractor will perform the work described in the scope of work.
- 2.Any work outside the original scope requires a written change order and may affect the contract price and completion date.
- 3.The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during normal working hours.
- 4.Payments are due according to the payment schedule listed in this contract.
- 5.Delays caused by weather, inspections, material availability, customer-requested changes, or circumstances outside the contractor’s control may extend the completion date.
- 6.Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the contracted work.
