Rivtix respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting the information entrusted to us. We are building Rivtix to help contractors and blue-collar businesses spend less time on administrative work and more time running their businesses and being with the people who matter to them.

Founding 50 and Waitlist Information

If you reserve a Founding 50 spot, join a waitlist, request beta access, or otherwise express interest in Rivtix, we may collect information such as your name, email address, business or company name, trade or industry, phone number, and other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Account Information

When you create a Rivtix account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade or industry, and account and authentication information.

Business Information

When using Rivtix, you may choose to enter business information necessary to use the platform. This may include customer information, estimates, invoices, contracts, projects and jobs, scheduling information, team members, and other business operations data.

You remain responsible for the information you enter into Rivtix and for ensuring you have the appropriate rights or permissions to provide that information.

Technical Information

When you access Rivtix, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages or features used, login and access information, error and diagnostic information, and general usage information.

2. How We Use Information

Rivtix may use collected information to provide and operate the platform, create and manage user accounts, manage Founding 50 reservations and beta access, provide customer support, improve Rivtix and develop new features, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, maintain platform reliability and security, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

We may also send product announcements, beta information, feature updates, or other Rivtix communications. Where required, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from promotional communications.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Rivtix does not sell your personal information or your business data.

Your customers, estimates, invoices, contracts, projects, and other business information are not products for Rivtix to sell to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Business and Customer Data

Information that businesses store in Rivtix remains associated with their account and is used to provide the services and functionality requested through the platform.

Rivtix does not claim ownership of the business information, customer information, estimates, invoices, contracts, or other content that users enter into the platform.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Rivtix may provide artificial-intelligence-powered features, including tools designed to assist with business operations, recommendations, estimates, contracts, scheduling, and other workflows.

Information submitted to these features may be processed as necessary to generate the requested output. AI-generated recommendations or content should be reviewed before being relied upon for important business, financial, contractual, or legal decisions.

6. Service Providers

Rivtix may use trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of the platform, including services related to hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, payment processing, and artificial intelligence functionality.

Rivtix does not authorize these providers to sell Rivtix customer business data for their own advertising purposes.

7. Payment Information

If Rivtix introduces paid subscriptions or other paid services, payment transactions may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

Rivtix does not intend to directly store complete payment card numbers or sensitive card authentication information on its own systems when payment processing is handled by a payment provider.
